‘Misbehavin’ ‘ in grand style at the Strand – The Boston Globe

The Globe review is spot-on and the show was highly enjoyable. By the end of the show the artists had won me over, I cared about them, they were singing for me. Hopefully the sound will be clear from the get-go for the remaining performances.
It was nice to be at the Strand, but after Menino and his buddy the art director played on it for 15 minutes it felt less special. Their time could have probably been better spent if the boss had walked his domain and had somebody move the catering truck that was parked right in front of the doors making exit from the theater difficult if not unpleasant and unsafe. Perhaps they could take down that falling down chainlink fence that blocked the way. A little bit of professionally expedited car and pedestrian flow would also have made for a more pleasant experience.
